Was anyone as upset as I was when they found out that Claire and Peter are related? I had a Heroes dream last night. I was both a participant and an observer. Lots of hiding, chasing, secrets, you know. At the end, Claire and Peter were hiding in some underground safe house. They were sitting on the floor, legs crossed, looking at each other. They were exhausted, having gone through some adventure I can't remember. And in a sweet moment, they looked into each others eyes and gently kissed. Que emocion...until I woke up and remembered that Peter is Claire's uncle - grrr.
Reminds me of a couple years back when the Crawfords hosted a Star Wars night - the original three. I had never seen them. Shortly into the first movie, Dave made a comment about "yeah, she's your sister." A few people laughed and someone (maybe Erika) told him that I had never seen the movie. Oops. Everyone was then told not to spoil anymore of the plot. Although it was disappointing to receive that plot twist before the movie had really started, I'm also glad that I did. I totally would have been rooting for Luke and Leia to fall in love only to be devastated that they were brother and sister.

hmm.. i had never really considered peter and claire even before we knew they were related simply b/c he struck me as much older, and she's only 15, and that was creepy enough for me :)
oh, and i always thought luke was a weiner anyway, so i had no problem with them being related...i mean, come on, harrison ford :)
Perhaps the reason Peter and Claire's ages never occurred to me was that I know Milo(Peter) from Gilmore Girls. When he first came on the show, he was a high schooler. Or maybe I just like older men :)
Yeah I was sad about finding out that Claire and Peter were related, and because I knew him as Jesse first, I had him closer to Claire's age. oh well.
Harrison Ford dates 15 year olds.
fine - harrison ford 20 yrs ago. ;)
When you're Harrison Ford you can date whoever you want.
But Luke's still a wiener.
