Ethnicity

For dinner on Tuesday evening, Melissa took a stab at making some Puerto Rican rice and beans to go with our tilapia filets. I simply had to take a picture of this monumental event.

It was okay. The reason it was called "an attempt" was because I was missing key ingredients and I had to improvise.

that's ok. sometimes improv on a recipe is great and sometimes not, but improvising is a good skill to have.
